Measure your foot from the heel to the tip of your longest toe and find your size in the chart.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.

- Place your foot on a sheet of paper, with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark, in centimeters or inches.
